Combining your vision with our design pros

One of the most important questions we receive. Site prices are based on the type of site build needed. Therefore all interested clients and their companies are set up with a consultation call. During this call we will discuss site need, wants, and desires, we will go over the design processes and procedures, and of course discuss pricing based on those needs. This call is important for so many reasons, it gives you, as the client, the opportunity to meet the designer, discuss any worries, or issues you may have with the process, and also give you the opportunity to see if working with Kreate Design is right for your company.

Site builds duration depends on the type of site build. Most standard non ecommerce site builds can take us at minimum of 4 weeks to complete. This 4 weeks includes the building time, revisions, testing, and much more, the site can be ready to launch in as little as 4 weeks. Ecommerce sites (inventory based/store) at minimum can be completed and ready to launch at minimum of 6.5 weeks. This does depend on the client, if clients come with all site material prepared and ready, site launches can be completed in the minimum time frame. If clients need assistance with content creation, any guidance on policies, etc, the time for the site build to be complete and launched does increase. Kreate Design site builds will not take longer than 3 months. Clients are not able to drag the design process. We encourage clients once we begin, to be available to our designers and respond to our designers when they reach out. If the client continuously fails to respond during the design process it will void the business contract betweeen Kreate Design and the client company.

Kreate Design is proud to announce we just launched our maintenance packages. Most of our clients book them on a monthly basis, depending on the amount of upadates or changes needed. Kreate Design does offer referrals. If an already exsisting client refers a new client or company to us for a design and they book with us, we keep track of it in our system. And once that already existing client sends us 5 new clients, who purchase a website, they receive a free maintenance package/logo design/ or graphic design.
